TheNational Organisations of Free Trade Unions (ONSL) is atrade union centre inBurkina Faso. It was founded in 1960, evolving out of theConfédération africaine des syndicats libres (CASL). It was initially namedUnion nationale des travailleurs de la Haute-Volta (UNTHV), adopting the nameOrganisation voltaïque des syndicats libres in 1964.[1][2]
The ONSL is affiliated with theInternational Trade Union Confederation.[2]
