Orcik candy (Turkish:orcik şekeri) is aconfection made ofwalnuts and a slightlyfermented juice calledşıra that is made withgrapes orblackberries. It is a regional specialty ofElazığ. It is similar tochurchkhela (calledcevizli sucuk inTurkish), but the walnut and grape mixture is stuffed intohand pulled candy.[1]
