Onisilos Sotira 2014 was aCypriotassociation football club based inSotira, Famagusta, located in theFamagusta District. Its stadium was the Sotira Municipal Stadium. It has 2 participations inSTOK Elite Division.
Onisilos was founded in 2014 to replace the same-year dissolved club due to financial problems,Kentro Neon Onisilos Sotira.[1] The name of the club comes from theGreek city-state ofSalamis on the island ofCyprus, andOnesilus, who lived at the end of5th century BC and at the beginning of6th century BC and tried to liberate the island fromPersians. The colours of the club were green and white. On 23 June 2022, the club merged withAchyronas Liopetriou to formAchyronas-Onisilos.[2][3][4][5]
