Oltina is acommune inConstanța County,Northern Dobruja,Romania.

The commune includes four villages:[3]

  • Oltina (historical name:Goltina,Bulgarian:Голтинa[citation needed]), named after the Roman settlementAltinum, whose vestiges were found in the vicinity of the village[4]
  • Răzoarele (historical name:Curuorman,Turkish:Kuru-Orman)[5][6]
  • Satu Nou (historical name:Ienichioi,Turkish:Yeniköy)[4]
  • Strunga (historical name:Câșla,Turkish:Kışla)
