Oliver Grundmann (born 21 August 1971) is a German lawyer and politician of theChristian Democratic Union (CDU) who served as a member of theBundestag from the state ofLower Saxony from 2013 to 2025.[1]
Grundmann became a member of the Bundestag after the2013 German federal election, representing theStade I – Rotenburg II district.[2] In parliament, he was a member of the Committee on the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety.[3]
In April 2024, Grundmann announced that he would not stand in the2025 federal elections but instead resign from active politics by the end of the parliamentary term.[4]
