TheOffice for Reform and Organizational Structure of the Central Military Commission (CMC OROS)[1] (Chinese:中央军事委员会改革和编制办公室) is a first-level functional organ of theCentral Military Commission of thePeople's Republic of China, ofcorps grade. It was founded on January 11, 2016, underXi Jinping'smilitary reforms.[2] Lt. Gen.Qin Shengxiang served as its first director.[3]
