Oermann is anunincorporated community in westernJefferson County, in theU.S. state ofMissouri.[1] The community is located onMissouri Route 30 approximately two miles northeast ofGrubville and two miles southwest ofDittmer.[2]
A post office called Oermann was established in 1888, and remained in operation until 1955.[3] Charles Oermann, an early postmaster, gave the community his last name.[4]
