Canadian musician and broadcaster

Odario Williams is aCanadian musician and broadcaster; he is currently the host of the weekday evening programAfterdark and the weeklyCBC Music Live onCBC Music.[1][2] In addition toAfterdark, Williams makes regular appearances onCBC Radio One'sQ. Prior to that, he had guest-hosted Radio 2'sThe Signal and was the voice ofCBC Radio 3. He was born inGuyana, and raised inWinnipeg, Manitoba. In addition to his work in radio, Williams is an actor, live DJ, model, and frontman for the Torontohip hop collectiveGrand Analog.[3] He was previously in the Winnipeg hip-hop groupMood Ruff.

He co-hosted theJuno Awards of 2020 alongsideDamhnait Doyle.[4]
