Oban River, awatercourse[1] that is part of theClarence River catchment, is located in theNew England andNorthern Tablelands districts ofNew South Wales,Australia.
Oban River rises below Mount Duncan,Great Dividing Range on the slopes of theGreat Dividing Range, withinLittle Llangothlin Lake, north ofGuyra, and flows generally north-east towards itsconfluence with theSara River, withinGuy Fawkes River National Park andChaelundi National Park. The river descends 542 metres (1,778 ft) over its 47 kilometres (29 mi)course.[2]
