O with breve (О̆ о̆; italics:О̆ о̆) is a letter of theCyrillic script. In all its forms, it is ahomoglyph of theLatin letter O with breve (Ŏ ŏ Ŏ ŏ).[a]

O withbreve is used inItelmen, where it represents theextra-shortclose-mid back rounded vowel[ŏ] (although the newspaperAboriginal of Kamchatka uses О withring above instead).

It is also used in an alphabet ofKhanty instead ofО with diaeresis, where it represents theclose-mid front rounded vowel [ø].
