Nunsowe Green

Nunsowe Green (orGreene) was the pseudonym for an unidenitified 19th-century British novelist.[1] He may have been afellow of theRoyal Astronomical Society.[2] He is known for authoring the 1882 science fiction novelA Thousand Years Hence.[3] Green is mentioned alongsideJules Verne by a character in the novelThe Saliva Tree (1966) byBrian Aldiss, which also refers toH. G. Wells.[4]
