TheNunnock River, aperennial stream[2] of theBega River catchment, is located in theMonaro region ofNew South Wales,Australia.
The Nunnock River rises below Bull Mountain in the South Coast Range, that is part of theGreat Dividing Range, about 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) east ofBrown Mountain; and flows generally southeast and northeast before reaching itsconfluence with theBemboka River near the locale ofKallarney, adjacent to theSnowy Mountains Highway, approximately 6 kilometres (3.7 mi) west by north ofBemboka.[2] The river descends 729 metres (2,392 ft) over its 8.2 kilometres (5.1 mi)course.[1][3]
