Thenuclear receptor 4A3 (NR4A3) (nuclear receptor subfamily 4, group A, member 3) also known asneuron-derived orphan receptor 1 (NOR1) is aprotein that in humans is encoded by theNR4A3gene.[5] NR4A3 is a member of thenuclear receptor family ofintracellulartranscription factors.

NR4A3 plays a central regulatory role in cellproliferation,differentiation, mitochondrial respiration,[6]metabolism[7][8] andapoptosis[9]

Interactions

[edit]

NR4A3 has been shown tointeract withSIX3.[10][11]
