Ivorian football referee

Noumandiez Desiré Doué (born 29 September 1970) is a football referee fromCôte d'Ivoire.

He became a FIFA referee in 2004.[1] Doué has refereed in international tournaments including the2010,[2]2012,[3] and2013 Africa Cup of Nations[4] competitions. He has also officiated at the2011 FIFA U-20 World Cup,[5] the2011 CAF Champions League Final, the2011 FIFA Club World Cup,[6] and qualifying matches for the2010[7] and2014[8] World Cups.

In 2011, Doué was named Referee of the Year by theConfederation of African Football.[9]
