North Dome is agranite dome inYosemite National Park,California. It is the southernmost summit ofIndian Ridge, 0.6 miles (1.0 km) north ofWashington Column and theRoyal Arches on the northeastern wall ofYosemite Valley. It can be reached bytrail from theTioga Pass Road, or by going up theYosemite Falls trail and heading east. It can also be reached fromMirror Lakes by theSnow Creek Falls trail going north aroundIndian Rock and then south again on the Tioga Pass Road trail. The South Face is precipitous.[3]
