Norman Adolph Henry Bower (18 May 1907 – 7 December 1990) was a BritishConservative Party politician.
In December 1941, he was elected asMember of Parliament (MP) forHarrow at aby-election following the death of Conservative MPSir Isidore Salmon. The Harrow constituency was abolished for the1945 election, when Bower was re-elected to theHouse of Commons for the newHarrow West constituency. He held the seat comfortably at the1950 election, butresigned fromParliament in April 1951.
