TheNoohani, Nohani orLogur (Sindhi:نُحاڻي) is aSindhi tribe originating fromSindh, found in theSindh province ofPakistan and theMakran region ofIranian Baluchistan andPakistani Baluchistan.[1][2] As of 2016, the chief of the tribe was Sardar Hakim Ali Noohani.[3]

In Persian and Pakistani Makran live the Gitchki, apparently of Rajput extraction; the Jadgal or Jagdal; the Shahzadeh (who claim to originate in Kandahar); the Logur or Nohani, and the Wardili (both groups originating in Sind). In Las there live the Lumri or Numri people, who speak a Sindhi dialect and who may also have an eastern origin.
