Nikola Stevanović (Serbian Cyrillic:Никола Стевановић; born 13 September 1998) is a Serbian professionalfootballer who plays as acentre-back forLiga I clubUniversitatea Craiova.

Club career

Radnički Niš

Born inNiš,[1] Stevanović started training football withNaša krila Belotinac and later spent some period in the "Filip Filipović" youth school. He joined youth categories ofRadnički Niš at the age of 11. As a member of youth squad, Stevanović joined the first team under coachMilan Rastavac for the spring half of2015–16 season.[2] He noted his senior debut in theSerbian Cup match againstPartizan,[3] played on 2 March 2016. Later, he also madeSuperLiga in 29 fixture match againstVojvodina.[4] Stevanović signed his first three-year professional contract withRadnički Niš on 19 July 2016.[5] In summer 2018, Stevanović moved on a six-month loan toDinamo Vranje.[6]

FC Ingolstadt

On 10 January 2022, Stevanović moved toFC Ingolstadt in German2. Bundesliga.[7] On 27 July 2023, his contract with Ingolstadt was terminated by mutual consent.[8]

Napredak Kruševac

On 6 September 2023, Stevanović signed withNapredak Kruševac.[9]

International career

Stevanović was invited inSerbia under-18 national team squad in March 2016 under coachMilan Kosanović.[10] He noted 4 appearances for the team.[11] He had also been called inSerbian under-19 level in October same year.[12]
