Nikola Ilievski (Macedonian: Никола Илиевски; born 16 December 1954) is a Macedonianfootball coach and former player.
Born inSkopje, during his playing career he played withFK Ohrid,[1]FK Vardar,FK Rabotnichki,FK Priština andFK Radnički Pirot[2] in Yugoslavia and withKastoria F.C. in Greece.[3]
After finishing the coaching degree in the Faculty of Physical Culture in theUniversity of Belgrade[3] he started his coaching career. He was coach of theMacedonia national football team from 2002 to 2003.[4] He spent two spells as manager ofFK Pobeda, leading them into theUEFA Cup in 2000 and to the2003–04 Macedonian First League won championship.[5][6]
In January 2013 Ilievski was appointed as the new manager ofFK Vardar after dismissal ofBlagoja Milevski, although interested the club's rivalFK Pelister,[7] but on 13 April, after a loss inEternal derby againstPelister, was resigned due to underperforming in the league.[8]
In January 2015, he signed withPersijap Jepara.[9]
