The station consists of two platforms.[1][2][failed verification][3][failed verification] The main line of theOudh and Rohilkhand Railway fromLucknow toRae Bareli andMughal Sarai serves the south-western portion.[4] TheUttar Pradesh government changed the name of the station from Nihalgarh to Maharaja Bijli Pasi on 27 August 2024.[5]
