Nick Perry (born December 7, 1991) is an American formerprofessional footballsafety and current defensive backs coach for theArkansas Razorbacks.
Perry played safety for five seasons[1] at theUniversity of Alabama[2] coming out of Prattville High School[citation needed] underNick Saban. There he won consecutive BCS National Championships in 2011 and 2012. He was not selected during the2015 NFL draft, so Perry signed as an undrafted free agent with theRavens[3] and was on theirpractice squad[4] during2015. In2016 he was a member of thePhiladelphia Eagles,[5] but was released after training camp.
Perry began his coaching career at hisalma mater in Alabama in2017[6] as agraduate assistant.[7] He remained a graduate assistant[8] until the end of the2017 when he was given the title of analyst for the2019 season.
In2021, Perry made the jump to the NFL as an assistant defensive backs coach for the Atlanta Falcons.[9] In 2023, he switched roles and became the team's assistant wide receivers coach.
On January 10, 2025, Perry joined theArkansas Razorbacks as the team's defensive backs coach.[10]
