TheNew Zealand men's national lacrosse team representsNew Zealand in international lacrosse competition and is organized by New Zealand Lacrosse.
A lacrosse team representingNew Zealand had a tour in Canada in 1904. It played a series of matches against Canadian sides including theCanada national team on 11 June in Vancouver. However, there are sparse records regarding lacrosse in New Zealand in general for the 20th century.[1]
New Zealand participated in theWorld Lacrosse Men's Championship for the first time in the2002 edition in Perth, Australia.[1] It has entered in the next three editions (2006,2010,2014,2018) qualified for the2023 edition.[2]
