TheNew York StateChief Administrator of the Courts (orChief Administrative Judge of the Courts if a judge) oversees theadministration and operation of theNew York State Unified Court System.^[1] They are appointed by theChief Judge of New York with the advice and consent of theAdministrative Board of the Courts.^[1] They are assisted by theOffice of Court Administration.^[1][2]
