New York's 92nd State Assembly district is one of the 150 districts in theNew York State Assembly. It has been represented by DemocratMary Jane Shimsky since 2023, defeating then-incumbentThomas Abinanti.[1]

Geography

District 92 is located withinWestchester County. It consists of the towns ofGreenburgh andMount Pleasant. It also includes the villages ofDobbs Ferry,Irvington,Tarrytown,Sleepy Hollow,Pleasantville,Ardsley,Elmsford and a portion ofBriarcliff Manor.

The district overlaps New York's16th and17th districts, and is entirely within the35th district of theNew York State Senate.
