American legislative district
New York's 44th State Senate district is one of 63 districts in theNew York State Senate. It has been represented byRepublicanJim Tedisco since 2023.[3]
District 44 covers parts ofSaratoga andSchenectady Counties.[1][4]
The district is located inNew York's 20th congressional district, and overlaps with the 107th, 108th, 109th, and 110th districts of theNew York State Assembly.[5]
