American legislative district
New York's 115th State Assembly district is one of the 150 districts in theNew York State Assembly. The seat has been vacant sinceBilly Jones's resignation in August 2025 to serve a position atClinton Community College.[1]
District 115 is the northernmost district in the state. It encompasses the entirety ofClinton County,Franklin County and the towns ofSt. Armand,Wilmington,North Elba andKeene inEssex County.
The district lies entirely withinNew York's 21st congressional district and entirely withinNew York's 45th State Senate district.
District 115 encompassed the entirety ofClinton County,Franklin County and the towns ofBrasher,Hopkinton,Lawrence andPiercefield inSt. Lawrence County.
