New Balarampur Halt railway station is a railway station of theSealdah-Lalgola line in theEastern Railway zone ofIndian Railways. The station is situated besideNational Highway 12 at Balarampur village inMurshidabad district in the Indian state ofWest Bengal.^[1] It serves Balarampur and surroundings village areas. Total six trains including Lalgola Passengers and fewEMU trains stop there.^[2]

TheKrishnanagar–Lalgola section, including New Balarampur Halt railway station was electrified in 2004. In 2010 the line became double tracked.^[3][4]
