Neville incorporated as a village on July 5, 1912.[5]
In the2021 Census of Population conducted byStatistics Canada, Neville had a population of88 living in37 of its43 total private dwellings, a change of1.1% from its 2016 population of87. With a land area of 0.96 km2 (0.37 sq mi), it had a population density of91.7/km2 (237.4/sq mi) in 2021.[8]
