• Nessus, acentaur who attempted to violateDeianeira, the wife ofHeracles, and thus killed by the hero.^[4]
• Nessus, aTrojan warrior who participated in theTrojan War. He was slain by theAchaean hero,Ajax the Greater.^[5]
