TheNeendakara Bridge, located onNational Highway 66 inKollam district,Kerala, India spans 422.5 meters acrossAshtamudi Lake.[1] It was inaugurated on February 24, 1972, byT. K. Divakaran, the then Public Works Department Minister.[1][2] The bridge includes a footpath and connects theChavara and Kollam areas. It is the second longest bridge in Kollam district.[citation needed]
