It starts fromBirpur inSupaul district toBihpur inBhagalpur district and passes throughMadhepura district and terminates at Bihpur inBhagalpur district of Bihar. It is majorHighway ofMadhepura district which starts at Birpur, passes throughSimrahi, connectsNational Highway 57,Singheshwar,Madhepura junction toNational Highway 231 (previously knownNational Highway 107),Reshna,Gwalpara,Udakisunganj, and terminates at Bihpur connectsNational Highway 31.[1]
