Sasaki came to Australia in 2017 with the primary intention of learningEnglish to help fulfil her dream of becoming aFlight attendant withQantas,[1] her football career was seen as just a hobby.[2]
Sasaki signed forWomen's National Premier Leagues South Australia clubAdelaide City where over a period of 4 seasons she won several team and individual honors.[3] For the 2021 season she signed with cross-town clubAdelaide Comets where she scored 4 goals throughout the season, which led toAdelaide United offering her a contract.[3] After a successful opening season with Adelaide United, Sasaki was signed to a two-year extension.[4]
