Namtsyr (Russian:Намцыр) is arural locality (aselo) under the administrative jurisdiction of thecity of republic significance ofYakutsk in theSakha Republic,Russia.[1] Its population as of the2010 Census was 3;[2] up from 0 recorded in the2002 Census.[1]
