Nadowli West was one of theconstituencies represented in theParliament of Ghana. It elects oneMember of Parliament (MP) by thefirst past the post system of election. Nadowli West is located in theNadowli district of theUpper West Region ofGhana.
The seat was located within the Nadawli District of the Upper West Region of Ghana. Its western neighbour was laCôte d'Ivoire. To the north was theJirapa/Lambussie District, to the east theNadowli East constituency and to the south east theWa Municipal District and to the south theWa West District.
The constituency changed in 2004 when theElectoral Commission of Ghana changed the initial Nadowli North to Nadawli West and the Nadwoli South toNadowli East constituency.[1]
