Natriuretic peptide receptor B (NPR2), also known asatrionatriuretic peptide receptor B and formerly asguanylate cyclase B, is anatrial natriuretic peptide receptor which in humans is encoded by theNPR2gene.[5]
Amutation in theNPR2 gene can result inachondroplasia anddisproportionate dwarfism with short limbs.[6]
