NGC 911 is anelliptical galaxy located in theconstellation Andromeda about 258 millionlight years from theMilky Way. It was discovered by FrenchastronomerÉdouard Stephan on 30 October 1878.[4][5][6] It is a member of the galaxy cluster Abell 347.[2]
