NGC 208 is aspiral galaxy located approximately 229 millionlight-years from theSolar System[2] in the constellationPisces. It was discovered on October 5, 1863, byAlbert Marth.[3]

Onesupernova has been observed in NGC 208: SN 2024luo (type Ia, mag. 17.2).[4]
