NGC 1893 is anopen cluster in the constellationAuriga. It is about 12,400 light years away. The star cluster is embedded in the Tadpole Nebula (HII region IC 410).[6]

Images of the star cluster by theChandra X-ray Observatory suggest that it contains approximately 4,600young stellar objects.[7]
