NGC 1755 (also known asESO 56-SC28)[3] is anopen star cluster in theLarge Magellanic Cloud in theDorado constellation. It is about 120 light years across and due to its size could be aglobular cluster.[2] It has a diameter of 2.6′ and an apparent magnitude of 9.9.[3] It was discovered byJames Dunlop in 1826.[2]
