TheNCAA Division III women's lacrosse tournament is annualsingle-elimination tournament hosted by theNational Collegiate Athletic Association to determine the national championwomen's collegiate lacrosse among itsDivision III members in theUnited States. It has been held every year since 1985, except for 2020.[1]

Middlebury Panthers are the current champions, winning their eleventh title—and fourth consecutive—in 2025.

TCNJ, previously known as Trenton State, has been the most successful program, with twelve titles.
