N-Phenethyl-14-ethoxymetopon is a drug that is a derivative ofmetopon. It is a potentanalgesic, around 60 times stronger thanmorphine and produces significantly lessconstipation.^[1]

N-Phenethyl-14-ethoxymetopon acts as anagonist at bothμ- andδ-opioid receptors, with a K_i of 0.16 nM at μ and 3.14 nM at δ.^[2]
