TheMuluridji are anindigenous Australian people of the state ofQueensland.
The Muluridji had an estimated (Norman Tindale)1,100 square miles (2,800 km2) of territory, starting from theheadwaters of the Mitchell River northwards as far asMount Carbine. The eastern frontier ran toRumula, while their southern boundary was on theAtherton Tableland atMareeba. Their western limit was 'Woodville', mainly in the drier country west of the rainforest margin betweenBiboohra andMount Molloy.[1]
