TheMorocco–Congo Treaty was signed on 4 November 1911 in Berlin betweenFrance andGermany to recognizeFrench domination of Morocco. This event concluded theAgadir Crisis. In it, France ceded parts of theFrench Congo andFrench Equatorial Africa to Germany, comprising theNeukamerun.
