Moret-Loing-et-Orvanne (French pronunciation:[mɔʁɛlwɛ̃eɔʁvan]ⓘ) is acommune in theSeine-et-Marnedepartment, in theÎle-de-Franceregion in north-centralFrance.Moret-sur-Loing is the municipal seat. The municipality was established on 1 January 2016 and consists of the former communes ofÉpisy,Montarlot andOrvanne.[3] Orvanne was the result of the merger of the communes ofMoret-sur-Loing andÉcuelles on 1 January 2015.[4] On 1 January 2017, the former commune ofVeneux-les-Sablons was merged into Moret-Loing-et-Orvanne.[5]
