Montvalezan (French pronunciation:[mɔ̃valzɑ̃];Arpitan:Molèzan) is acommune in theSavoiedepartment in theAuvergne-Rhône-Alpesregion in south-easternFrance. In 2018, it had a population of 701. Montvalezan is best known for containingLa Rosièreski resort. It is located in theTarentaise Valley, on the road ofLittle St Bernard Pass.
