TheMonti Prenestini is a mountain range in theLazio sub-Apennines, in centralItaly to the east ofRome. It is oflimestone formation. It is bounded by theMonti Tiburtini to the north, by theMonti Ruffi to the east, and by the valley of the riverSacco to the south. The highest peak isMonte Guadagnolo (1,218 m), in thecomune ofCapranica Prenestina.
