The east side of Mégantic drains into Rivière Victoria, thence intoLake Mégantic, theChaudière River, and the St. Lawrence. The rest of Mégantic drains into Rivière Au Saumon (Salmon River), thence into theSaint-François River, and the St. Lawrence.
