Moni, as given byEkari people, orMigani/Megani, as given by locals,[2] also known asDjonggunu,Jonggunu, is aPapuan language spoken by about 20,000 people (1991) in thePaniai lakes region of the Indonesian province ofCentral Papua. Majority of Moni language speakers live inKemandoga valley.[3] Awembak (Awembiak) is a dialect.
