TheMongolian First League (also known as theKhurkhree National First League for sponsorship reasons) is the second-highest division ofMongolianfootball leagues.[1][2][3]
The Mongolia First League was founded in2015 by theMongolian Football Federation.[4]
The league started with the nameKhurkhree First League, including the reference to the sponsor in the name, and the first edition was made up of theContinental FC team.[5]
Previously all First League matches were played at theMFF Football Centre. As of the 2022 season, some matches are now also played at theKhan-Uul Stadium.[6]
