Mogok Township (also spelled asMogoke Township)[2] is atownship ofThabeikkyin District inMandalay Region,Burma (Myanmar). It is located north of the city ofMandalay and surrounds the town ofMogok.

The2014 Myanmar Census reported that Mogok Township had a population of 167,149.[3] Thepopulation density was 142.3 people per km2.[3] The census reported that the median age was 26.7 years, and 103 males per 100 females.[3] There were 35,247 households; the mean household size was 4.5.[3]
TheMogok People's Defence Force of theNational Unity Government, established after the2021 Myanmar coup d'état, is based in Mogok Township, and is a participant in the ongoingOperation 1027 against the military government of Myanmar.[2]
